Super Six

Izzypop is 6! Can you believe it!?! We started off the party right by letting Skeeto give her all her presents.

Her favorites were the flower pillow from Skeeto

and the password journal from Mom and Dad.
Then it was on to Grandma and Grandpa Bennion's for some more presents.

And most importantly, CAKE!!!  Yummy!  Thank you grandma and grandpa!

Then on Friday, we packed up and went to the cabin.  The ride up there was a real roller coaster ride.  WEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

This was the view on Saturday as the rain came down.  So beautiful.

We had close to 30 people at the cabin.  It has been a long time since we were all there together.  Izzypop got to open more presents,

played pirates and princesses,
ate more cake,
busted open a pinata,

and had some great times on the four wheelers.

What a great 3 day birthday party.  Izzy had so much fun and we really appreciate everyone who came and made her birthday special...especially Grandma Orr who provided all the party favors and thought up all the games.  We love you all so much!

Poached Post Party Pics

Thankfully, Aunt Missletoes took a bunch of pictures while the Boston Bennions were out here and was kind enough to give me a copy.  Here are my favorites from our precious time with them.  Some may be repeats from the Tidepool, but they are worth repeating.

Hogle Zoo

Sleepovers

Lagoon

Silver Lake

This is the Place, Heritage Park

Family Reunion

Lehi Roundup

Birthday dinner at Olive Garden

We will miss them so much.  We can't wait until our next reunion.  It is probably our turn to get out to Boston.  Thanks for all the good times and great memories.  See you soon.

Red, White And Beat

We started our 4th off right with the Murray parade.  Tons of candy, fun with family and even an Aunt Fig sighting in the Bank of American Fork float!

Hanging out with Poppa.

After that, we went to Aunt Joan's house for some serious fun.  Izzypop spent most of her afternoon in the pool.  She is a little guppy.

Skeeto spent almost the *entire* time on the trampoline.  He loved it.  He got jumping so high, his head was cut off of the pictures!

Cousin Isaac was so nice and helped teach Skeeto how to properly use the water toys.
He was a pro by the end of the day even getting a kick out of getting the adults soaked with the water gun.

Of course, our favorite part of the day was spending time with our best cousins who are departing tonight back to Boston...BOOOO!  We will miss you so much.  We love you!

Dessert!

It wasn't even two minutes after we left that this was the sight in my rear-view mirror.  They had played and played till they couldn't play no more.

Thanks to all those service men and women who have made it possible for us to live in this great country and enjoy the freedoms we have.  We are forever grateful.  God bless you and God bless the USA!
